We do not charge fees for advice, and we do not provide services to stop, delay, or negotiate foreclosure proceedings with your lender on your behalf. Any transaction we propose is strictly a purchase of real property for our own investment purposes. You are strongly advised to seek independent legal counsel regarding any foreclosure matter.
